Objective
To empower students of the healing arts with three simple yet profound energetic techniques that enhance personal well-being, strengthen intuitive abilities, and create a stable foundation for their practice. This self-study program is also designed to help reduce stress and anxiety by up to 50%, while also deepening energetic awareness and emotional resilience. Included in the course is an opportunity to do a 40-day self-assessment survey that will provide the student with the opportunity to measure their own level of success in improving their own emotional well-being.
By dedicating just 5 minutes a day, participants will learn how to:
